Can I withdraw under exceptional circumstances?
Withdrawal is free of charge up to 4 weeks before the beginning of the course. If it’s made within 4 weeks before and by the eve of the start date, we will charge 30% of the course fee.
What happens to my data?
Of course, we comply with all data protection guidelines and regulations. Customer data is managed within our booking system on a European server. No customer data is stored on our website itself.

If you are not happy with your result, you will be given the opportunity to clarify that in a feedback conversation. You may also stay in our community until we have found a suitable job for you. Please note that you are not entitled to a refund, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct from our side.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no costs in addition to the €6,000 course fee.
What will happen after my application?
Your application will be examined upon its receipt. After that you may get an invitation for a get-to-know-you video call with Holger or Lars.
